In late 2017, I was accepted into Goddard College's Master of Fine Arts - Interdisciplinary Arts Program.  It is through Goddard’s MFA-IA and the Indigenous Resurgence & Decolonizing Arts concentration, that I’ve implemented a supportive and productive creative process and practice.  My paintings advocate and portray Mexican-Americans, Latinos, Chicanos, Immigrants and People of Color, within a contemporary context in American Portraiture, that provides a much-needed critical discourse and social commentary of a neglected, diminished and hidden culture within the origin and fabric of America today.
